Threaded Starter Rods for lighting grid on parlor floor. The parlor floor, which is devoid of heavy furniture, has a dining room and chef’s kitchen leading onto a large deck and 50’ back yard. To allow quick load in and prep, the ceiling has 18, 3/8” threaded starter rods bolted to the beams, to which the grip can quickly rig individual lights or a full SPEED RAIL grid system.
Independent, fully equipped ground floor apartment leading to the yard, open plan, loft style with its own entrance. Available for photography, Video Village, or office space.
